Hawk in Florida

These are pictures of a Hawk taken in Port Richey Florida

I heard the small birds squaking about 8 am and had a feeling a Hawk was in the area. Sure enough he landed on our chain link fence, looking for a snack.

I think this is an immature Sharp-shinned or Cooper's Hawk, but not sure. Any help with the identification is greatly appreciated.
